@weendex: This. The coaches I have at rowing make us warm up, then do "jumpy's", then jog. Then row. We warmed up. We got cramps. We did jumpy's (squat, then jump), someone twisted their ankle. They made us do 80 because someone didn't want to do them. Everyone got cramps. We did jogging. 8 people fell down.
