That was my personal experience renting for a few days.

I rented the ecoboost convertible for 4 days. I sit pretty close to the wheel. I tried to sit in the back and basically no leg room. I’m 5’9”. Not sure if the back seat is different in the vert. For comparison I have a 135i and the backseat is ok, not great for adults, but fine for my tween kids.

This thing has a more usable backseat. For the life of I cannot understand how Ford made that mustang so big and gave zero leg room in the back.

A lot of people need a back seat at some point. You could throw a C7 against a zillion 4 seat cars.

Compared to what? It's a similar weight to a base 911 which is like $85k. Has similar power, more storage, real rear seats...

I didn’t intend that as a put down of Caddy or their products. I think bimmer is looking at their product line and their own customers and sees the M3/4 are biggger and more expensive and there is room for something below those. As regards Caddilac, it’s a small player in the US luxury market and almost non-existent…

I think they’re looking at their customer base and they’re looking at Audi and Mercedes. C7 is a two seater and doesn’t really compete much outside the US.

BMW doesn't make things to compete with Cadillac.

My dad let me drive his tesla home from the dealer. Of course I floored it getting on the highway. My dad who has a bad neck bounced his head off the seat and blanked out for a moment. Mom wasn't pleased when she found out.
