Yeah, in my women’s/gender studies classes, we always used LGBTQQI, for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Questioning, and Intersex. Which is fairly inclusive, but confuses a lot of people.

Before I even clicked, I knew it was Texas. While I’m sure there are others, the only people I’ve ever heard pronounce “w” as “wh” were from Texas. For example - “weapons” becomes “wheapons”. Whoever made that graphic probably just (hilariously) wrote the word as they said it.

This was sort-of the premise for the TV series Dark Angel.

CBS owns half of the CW. Warner owns the other half. Arrow and Flash (and Supernatural) are Warner shows, I believe, and the CBS media that promotes the CW tends to ignore those shows (like when the CBS People’s Choice Awards didn’t even invite the SPN guys to accept their award for best TV drama).

Speaking of rumors, former Latino Review writer Umberto Gonzalez went on the Shanlian on Batman podcast and said that Doomsday has a pretty large role in this film — he’s the “muscle” while Lex Luthor is the main villain, similar to the way Darth Vader was the muscle to Grand Moff Tarkin’s villainy in the first Star…

Living in Florida does make it a lot easier to get away with an antenna. It’s so flat. Most days, the internal antenna on the TV works just fine. So on one hand, good broadcast TV. On the other hand, Florida Man (and Woman).
