I so disagree. Not sure where you’re from, but here in the north east - I consider it almost a requirement. I’ve had 2 wheel (mostly rear) for over 25 years. Got my first 2 vehicles with AWD/4x4, and will never look back for my daily driver. ME, MA, NH, RI...I think it should be borderline mandatory.

I’m not a truck guy, but I’ve always kinda had a soft spot for the “street truck” thing. The Lightning comes to mind. Never my thing, but I can respect it.

Ah, this was the focus of a Thanksgiving debate years ago between my dad and my uncle about whether the initial cost of the Honda mower is worth it given how flawlessly it works over the next 15 years (before being given away to a coworker to be used for many more years). My Honda mower. It has worked flawlessly since I bought it six years ago. Pulled it out of the box, added fuel, pulled the cord once, and it started right up. Still starts on the first pull. It’s the best mower I’ve ever owned.
