The ZF 9 speed has been used in Acuras since 2015, and it is by far the most disliked transmission in any Honda. The Honda designed automatic transmission are finally very good; the 6 speed is truly fantastic, and I’m very excited about the 10 speed, as it has some significant improvements over the 6 speed.
Top trim(s) will get the new 10 speed, but the lesser trims will get that ZF 9 speed.

I’m going to judge the book by it’s cover and not watch that video. Not all automatics have planetary gearsets, and some manuals do have planetary gearsets. To imply that to be the main difference with that cover image is ignorant clickbait.
