In Texas I've seen examples of (drunk) passengers asked to exit a vehicle, made to take a sobriety test and then arrested for public intoxication. Of course this is a state that arrested people in bars for public intoxication. Or those asked to come out of their house to "talk" and then immediately be arrested for PI

Do you think that the people bragging about their beer consumption are drinking BLs? Or the ones smelling over their thrice hopped IPA with a hint of stout aftertaste?

Is his point that misplaced priorities should be followed?
