I guess I am one of the few blind ones - I’ve now seen the new Silverado in person and I like it.  I have read the articles/etc. and I don’t see how this is such a universal “panning” of the design.  I can find just as many faults in the design concepts of Ford and Ram’s current trucks <shrug>.

People keep arguing that the new Silverado is ugly, but I’m struggling to see what’s unattractive about it. The only thing I see with the Silverado is that it looks more contemporary where the Ram and F-150 have a vaguely traditional aesthetic. Despite that, I don’t consider those two better-looking; they’re equally

I wish they offered the Opel looking version here in the US sans plastic cladding and SUV look.

Ok, but the current generation of Mustang  Camaro is legit and a ton of bang for the buck.

Wagons are the best cars

Because article clicks, yo

One thing I never understood is why GM doesn’t capture sales of the Sierra and Silverado in the same scope. If you add up the sales of both trucks (which are basically identical aside from varying trim levels and a different grille), the GM pickup is still ahead of the Ram and a LOT closer to the sales of the F150.

Lets’s bring back the straight 8 or two with V-16's!

I’m of the opinion that any car called the “i8" must have an I-8 engine: Eight cylinders in a row.

Zoom, Zoom, Bang, Crash!

We had this one in development, Mazda just beat us to it. - FCA.

My wife always tells me that she wants to drive her cars until the wheels fall off.   So, I guess this might be her next vehicle.

Wow, you are quite the piece of shit, aren’t you?

There's plenty of video of off's where the driver survived. We don't need that faces of death shit here.

Are you fucking kidding me?

As a life-long racer, I can say this has nothing to do with a dream. This is the nightmare we face every single time we roll to the start line.

“Needless to say at 99,300 miles, I traded it in for my 2019 Subaru Outback 2.5i Premium with the power lift gate and BSW on a lease.”

The oil consumption thing is a real issue. It happened with my father in law’s 2014. Subaru tried to pull the same schtick about maintenance. The car had some electrical problems too, plus faulty seat rails (I forget the details). Such issues might forgivable in something ancient but not for something 2 years old with

Last I checked, Subaru has no SUVs, just a sea of CUVs....
