aka the “Urban Assault Vehicle” from...the movie "Stripes“ I believe? 😅

Both of these takes are wrong because both of these Porsches have driven under their own power.

Yep, full-on FWD.

I’m pretty sure those were front wheel drive. That let the designers have a flat floor I'm there living quarters.

You left your iPad on the...

Et tu, e-ute?

I’ve posted this one a lot, but out of the many cars my dad has owned, this one is the one I associate with him. He bought it after nearly dying from Hepatitis C back in 2000. After over a year of chemo, he got through it. He then decided to get a little red sports car, because life is too short. I was 11 or 12 when

Delaware beaches, eh? You and I both know that surf rod’s a damn lie. I mean, yeah, you cast into the water and stuck it in the sand but there’s just a sinker on the end. And you’re probably in the ocean with it.

Did he leave the sticker on for how the trunk opens on the Venza?

My Dad had an Accord.

Had that covered:

110V plug-in chargers fully charge overnight, easily. There's almost no need for a 220 setup that's hardwired.

If you have an electric car, you won’t forget to plug it in.

I have “garage cleaning anxiety” that keeps me from an EV.

I have a friend who had an electrician install a 220 outlet for charging his Tesla for under $200. He uses the same outlet for charging the batteries up on their travel trailer. It’s not going to be a quick charger, but it tops the batteries off overnight easily.

True. For our first two EVs, we just used the 120V cordset. Left it plugged into the garage 120V outlet most of the time. Worked great. Had plenty of time to recharge overnight, even with the local electric utility’s off-peak rates.

Time to upgrade! I bought my house in 2000, had it upgraded as part of the sale. How do you run all the things you have in your house on that low amperage?

Every EV has a reminder built into the car’s app. You can set it up to get an email, text, and notification if you feel like you really need it.

It honestly never happens.

One can hardly hold the charging networks responsible for you not remembering to plug your own car in. You plug your phone in at home right?

He went off somewhere quiet to kill himself.
