Where are you? I'm not saying that Montreal has the most snow...I don't even think we're in a snow trough anymore its always the northeastern States that get it now, but I stand by my comment in relation to Toronto-Montreal ;)

Yeah except millions of consumers pay for the cost of the development one by one...whereas one government is footing the bill for the program AND the unit cost in this case... Or maybe more government later on but you get my point

haha yeah I was grappling to decide what altitude to say and since I've never flown nearly that low (short of takeoff/landing in a single engine Cessna), couldn't really define it that well. at 15 feet a big wave could take you out jeez!
