I agree. These hearings go on for hours. What kid, especially the younger ones, can sit through something like that? They’re clearly props designed to make her look good, and perhaps to stave off any potentially strongly-worded attacks.

It was no hardship, I enjoyed the book. Even though Melania is a shitty friend, she is also humanized by the book, and I did like some of the descriptions of these two ladies getting together for lunch and other activities.
