When I was in high school, I was friends with a Finnish exchange student who had *no* idea about the Python song. She was ecstatic to find out that her country was immortalized in a song heard in the U.S.

Yeah, I wasn’t a big fan of that Doom Patrol run in large part because of how they handled Mal and Karen.

She was a Titan in the comics, too. She and her boyfriend (and later husband) Mal (Herald) were both Titans and were founders of Titans West Coast.
