I agree in that nobody expects things to go viral, so an employee isn’t going to do the right thing because they think it’ll blow up. But disagree about nice stories, we often see stories of good people doing good things in restaurants, particularly when accompanied by a photo-ready note on a tab or receipt.

It’s amazing that the employees didn’t use the opportunity to get some good PR by telling the racists to go fuck themselves. I’m thinking the employees had a little of that in themselves.
