"A power inverter located near the railway sends electricity of about one megawatt through power-transfer coils installed in the middle of track. "

Who the heck is Jeremy Clarkson?

Almost sounds like perpetual motion, if they feed in 1 megawatt, and the train gets 1.2 megawatts, they could, in theory, set up a power plant using this system, and stack power transfer coils on top of power transfer coils, wouldn't take too long to get nearly free electricity from that ;)

Nah, we'd use an android app interface and strafe the hell out of them while on our way to the store.

What jellyfish?

Is it motorized? If so that could be fun with the lazy susan lol.

"According to the observations by the Hubble Space Telescope made in 1995, 2009 and 2015, "

I always like coming with another approach to typos, outsmarting the computer. One of my favorite Foxtrot comics has Jason type out "Marry hat hey lid tell lam, ids fleas woes wide has know" And the computer doesn't find an error.

They will also ship priority mail boxes direct to your house free of charge. And if your post office is anything like ours here, I avoid it like the plague. Always 1 clerk, and 5-6 people waiting in line. My dad being a mailman has taught me everything I know lol

Who goes to the post office anymore? The USPS delivers stamps to your house nearly free of charge, and just set up an account online for shipping packages and print your label at home, postage paid, and they'll even pick it up at your house for you, for free.

That sounds like a good plot for a comic book hero movie. Mebbe the next Superman could...

I wonder if the rooms could see each other? If you're in room 152 and can see 154, can 154 see into 152? That would be a moneymaker for exhibitionism.

I just set it to drill all the time, and use my "eyes". A lot easier than adjusting the dial or using a drill that decides for you. I would wonder how this drill would do with a #10x3-3/4" Torx head construction screw. Those just need torque all the way lol

lol classic. Revenge of the Nerds :)

"handling the massive amounts of data that the track geometry car collects on a daily basis—about 500 gigabyes."

Talk about pricy, I can get that same bottle of Windex at my local Target for $2.89. Of course I have to drive there to get it...

Where the heck is Scotty when you need him? lol

How do we communicate with these spacecraft? If our position is constantly changing, as is theirs, how do we get to keep getting info and sending commands? Factor in the delay, our momentum, its future position and aim there?

Why does one look better than the other? <———- Not an art guy lol
