Because of his bigoted grandfather the kid will always be remembered as the intolerant jerk. The boy should feel ashamed for what he did but it makes me sad that this 10 year old will forever have to live with what he did, only because his grandfather influenced him to be a jerk. Is it possible to get child services

Whether a student is male or female is listed on file at the school. So in this case the school would require the student to change their sex on paper because it's necessary information for school records, along with age, birthdate ect. I highly doubt students and their jerk parents would go through all that

From my understanding, the school recognized Nicole as a female. If the kid who followed her wants to claim, deep down he feels like a girl, then his legal guardians would need to tell the school so they can list him as a female.

Yes everyone likes to see attractive people on screen but the fact that you say, "young, attractive women or attractive men" shows your bias. Older women can be attractive too and women as well as many men feel that way. Look at the list of 20 highest paid actors and not only are they all male, they're not all exactly

on average, the spending of young people (especially young men) drives the movie business.

Thanks

I didn't say people don't care about men's appearance, but for men it's simply not as important as it is for women. Society doesn't consider a man's appearance as his most important value. Also society is generally a lot harsher on overweight women than overweight men.

I'm sure it's because we place more value on a woman's appearance than a man's. I doubt post wedding weight gain by men is anything new, but people just don't care about it because men's appearance isn't important. By people, I mean the only voices that are heard in this world we have created through the male gaze.

I'm sure it's frustrating to see someone accomplish their goal with little effort when you struggle with the same goal while putting in more effort. We must remember women naturally have more fat than men, making it easier for men to lose weight. It is also unhealthier for men to gain fat, especially in their core

Actually no I could name plenty of men, some famous and some I personally know of, who had help from their wives to pay for their graduate studies. In most of those cases, the wife later gave up her career once they had kids to become a stay at home mother. In some of those cases, the husband later left his wife or

They usually tend to find some sort of "evolutionary" reason for why it's okay to subject women to such unnatural things. Somehow it'll help women attract a mate, even though it has nothing to do with our 'nature' and everything to do with beauty standards created by society, which also differ by society and time.

It makes me wonder where are all the evo psych people on things like this. They don't apply their fab scientific knowledge to discuss how products like this go against our nature.

It is similar to slavery in the way that they both exploit people. That's why the most egalitarian countries like Sweden and Iceland also have the lowest amount of people participating in prostitution. Prostitution and the acceptance of purchasing sex among the general public declined in Sweden as a direct result of

Yes and that has to do with objectifying women(seeing them as mere objects for your desire instead of a fully functioning and capable human being). Men don't have a biological urge to objectify women. Straight women find men sexually attractive as well and have a "biological desire" to have sex with them too but when

When you openly say that you are horrified by how some women view having an abortion as no big deal, you are indeed judging. I can accept the fact that's how you think but you should also accept the fact that when you openly state such an opinion, you make it harder for some women to share their stories. Perhaps you

I don't think there are very many (if any at all) people who're "pro abortion". Same with people who're rabid about feeling nothing at all, so i'm guess you've just been very unlucky in your experience with prochoice people.

I'm sorry you feel that way but from my understanding prochoice people are very much in favor of people sharing their abortion stories and don't think it should be considered a taboo. Especially since at current rates, 1 in 10 women will have an abortion by age 20, and 3 in 10 by age 45. Yet you don't hear about these

Are you saying you look down on people who have a different opinion from you? So sperm and an egg aren't a big deal because you decided so but together a sperm and egg are, also because you decided sou And you are horrified by anyone who has a different opinion.

It further proves people don't actually consider an embryo or fetus the same as a living baby. Just as most people would save a baby's life rather than bunch of embryos in a petri dish if they had to choose, and even many pro-life people consider abortion acceptable in case of rape or incest. It seems like those who
