Based on my experience in DC this is spot on. Over the last couple of months there’s been a noticeable decline in the shopping experience at Whole Foods. So much so that I’m going to Aldi’s and other grocery stores more these days.

The most shocking part of all of this to me is that LA is only 9% Black. I had no idea.

This is that damn Sopranos effect again. You have a dope ass show with an amazing ensemble cast, then everyone blows up simultaneously, and then it takes 2+ years to get a new season of the show. Quality takes time and all that, but damn this is annoying waiting multiple years between seasons.

I mostly agree but Beck puts on a FIRE live show. He had 50k people in RFK yelling “O, LA, LA! SASSOON!!” in 1996. You really had to see it to understand.
