We need so much more of this and to make sure that it’s not just Black men of means that can get the mental health help they need. We’ve all been taught to wear this mask, this armor, of masculinity that keeps us from admitting (often even to ourselves) that we’re hurting and need help and we gotta stop that shit.

It was indeed funny, but a lot of that stuff has *not* aged well.

Driver has made mention elsewhere of how difficult it is for him to listen or see himself perform

Can’t do an automatic in a Corvette, sorry I don’t make the rules.

I’m still having trouble believing Lady Trieu would go out like that.

I’m so happy that Usman clapped that fool with the Hand of Ogun.

I raise you a bunch of undulating penis fish:

My thoughts exactly. I saw it as was like, “Hmmm, not terrible.” and then I saw the original and went (ノಠ益ಠ)ノ彡┻━┻  “Why did they do that?!?!?!”

That’s a fair statement.

Glad to be of service. A day you don’t learn something is a wasted day IMHO.

I think I have aged out of getting secondary screenings  because when I used to travel for work all the time (20 years ago) I was constantly being pulled out of line for secondary screenings. Now? Never happens, ever.

We already have cyborgs walking the street, a lot them. Have you ever seen a cochlear implant? Looks like some cyborg shit to me.

Brilliant!!

All of this sucks on many levels, I had a job once that was mostly dudes and there was an attractive receptionist at our office. Guys would intentionally become mentally void so they could ask her a question about where’s the printer paper or what the fuck ever. I was initially hesitant to ask her for assistance when

I was wondering who else was going to catch that.

You want gun control in this country? Have every single Black man and woman over 21 in America buy a gun and see how quickly gun control gets passed. That’s how it went down in Cali in the 60's with the Mulford Act and it was just a couple of dozen Black Panthers back then.

Exactly!! I love your garage and I’m melting into a pool of jealousy thinking about it.

I hope you re-read what *you* posted and realize how stupid it sounds. I said very clearly that not every car needs 3 pedals and that my preference for a fun car is having a clutch. That’s it, that’s all I said.

It’s not being a hard ass. It’s called the joy of driving and, no matter how much faster your flappy paddles and pen-tuple clutch shifts gears and decreases your lap times, there’s a certain amount of joie de vive that’s lost when you don’t have a clutch.
