I agree. I like them both a lot. I don’t have to sign off on every word someone writes to enjoy them.

It is kinda the way he said it, right?
This will be the majority view in 2020 when we throw out Donald Trump for someone who really wants to shake things up.
But they know someone who did! Let’s hang them.
I think the fact that no court has agreed in spite of so many possible plaintiffs (and lawyers) speaks volumes to the merits of this argument. If this argument ends us succeeding, a lot of people motivated for a buck will have missed an opportunity. This happens infrequently.
Preferable option. Does this mean anything to you?
What technicality exactly? The fact that the wrestlers have not won on this issue speaks volumes to me. Because lawyers are lining up to take these types of cases both because of the money at play and the high profile. Every one of these wrestlers has the same claim. Yet no one has brought a successful claim.
You are assuming they do not get per diem compensation which is absurd. You are actually assuming a lot of things that are absurd because you are so desperate to push your “up with people” narrative. Let’s just say I’m betting the job is good enough because these people, you know, took the job.
Like I told the last guy, the average WWE wrestler makes 550 a year. These are not poster children for the need to organize labor.
In any event, the larger point is that the WWE should not be a rallying cry or example for unions in this country. It would be like looking at nightclub singers by analyzing more closely Celine Dion.
It was a casenote written by a law student and, honestly, it reads like one. The average employee makes 550 a year as this casenote points out. These are not classic union guys by any stretch and I think the author applies the tests for IC for employees in a way that he strains to just support his thesis.
Really? I mean, were those guys even remotely employees? I’m not so sure that was a scam. If you don’t like the result, you should argue the law should be changed.
I have to admit, that Deadspin article is very authoritative.
Yes, they cried. And that four games felt like five.
She did not cave with that smooth line? Women.
Scoring 11 points a game in the NBA is pretty darn good. Using those fall down clips is funny to be sure but it is very Trumpian.
The average team wins a championship between 30-32 years, depending on the sport. I can’t say the guy is failing left and right.
Let’s not bring everything back to that. Let’s enjoy our lives a little, man.
That said, raw foot speed is a little different.
I make this account AFTER the election. C’mon.
