It's the hair, it tricked you.

Hey, you guys, be fair. When you take that many drugs a lot of things seem totally reasonable.

Agreed.

Maybe they just assume the trainers and the athletes are sort of 'keeping it in the athletic family' so to speak, so just giving them to the athletes covers all their bases and so on.

Oh that's right, I forgot about that. I agree though, that's pretty easy to change.

It might actually be a perfect VOD candidate though. I could see that kind of investment paying off, maybe?

I don't feel like by modern standards Rocky Horror is too edgy for network television, assuming they air it late enough. I haven't seen it in awhile and I may be forgetting some things, though.

That -is- a bummer. I'm not sure my mom likes (or gets) Leslie Jones much either but I think her hatred of Matt Lauer trumps just about everything else, so that's nice.

Oh wow, you guys would get along. She has a lot to say about his smug face and why hasn't NBC fired him yet and look at his skeezy smile and so on.

Haha, that's a good point, I hadn't thought about that.

That's what I've heard and that's another reason I've been putting it off until I can get that block of time. I'll keep that in mind though.

Unfortunately for the world (but mostly for me) she only watched part of the ceremonies on principle (knowing ML would be involved) so there weren't as many good comments as there normally are.

The best part of Matt Lauer covering anything is how much my mom hates him and just listening to her get madder and madder over the course of him speaking. That's the real entertainment.

I get that. Tons of enthusiasm used to make me cringe, too, but then I realized that I was the more bothered about it than the person being overly enthusiastic and what a waste of energy that was for me.

The First World cares, it doesn't want to burden you with all it's problems, it just wanted to let off a little steam is all.

At least it sounds like something I can watch while doing laundry, so there's that.

I do actually want to see it, only because I feel like I can't have a firm opinion on how terrible it is as a whole if I haven't actually, you know, made my own judgment about it (plus I like Henry Cavill and would probably watch him read a phone book, honestly), but it's such a time commitment and lately that's been

Ooooooh, I've been wanting to try Monstress, that's great. Good finds!

No though that is totally a valid theory too and I support it 100%.

It usually means that all the die-hard fans (ie: the people who probably would have gotten the tickets regardless of movie quality, which sometimes can make up a large percentage of ticket sales but generally can't carry a movie into actual returns on investment) inflated the first day, making it seem more popular
