By definition, cars are designed and built by adults for adults - so choose the one that fits your lifestyle. In the corporate world the suit, tie, shoes and watch you wear will mean an awful lot more as your friends and enemies are looking at you not your parking space so spend the money there (and buy a German car

The more i read about modern cars the more i appreciate my entirely mechanical BMW 2002.

According to you article: “Toyota, Honda and BMW are famously experimenting with hydrogen fuel cellsthat combine hydrogen and oxygen to produce energy (and water!), but recharging stations are sparse.” i think i’d rather have the problem of too fe consumer outlets that too few raw-materials suppliers.

The LeMans Classic 2016 devoted a marquee to Group C - awesome!!

As an owner of an 02' Touring in London (UK) this is a great idea! the biggest driver for change is the increased legislation against petrol/diesel engines in cities - anything to keep my car legal and available as a daily driver is worth a look.

I run a 2002 Touring as a daily driver in the U.K. so i can only speak for 02s but.....the more you drive it the better it gets and, replacing the parts as they wear out costs less per month than a typical lease of a new car (and who would want to drive a Nissan Juke anyway).

Have they learn’t nothing from the humble Beetle’s introduction to the U.S.?

Re ‘the lack of passing’ surely the answer is to redesign tracks/corners to allow for both a ‘racing’ line and a ‘karting line’ as approaching or existing a corner is the best way to pass your opponent without having to rely on DRS?

Another testimony to the advice “always respect the service intervals and use the best engine oil you can afford”

I would have thought that owning an ‘86 white Testarossa is reason enough for an exclusion. However, being made an honorary member of the Miami Vice Appreciation Society should make up for it.

Part of the problem is not that a repair costs $1200, its that the average driver hasn’t got $1200! The automobile is the most complicated piece of machinery we own - theres are hundreds of parts that will break or wear out - but as owners we don’t budget for it. We should be putting $50 a month in a savings account

Organisised Crime Gangs (OCGs) work on a sub-contract basis. the 18 year olds will have been hired to do one job- collect the hostage and deliver to a location. they’ll have been paid in weed/cannabis. Once delivered a middleman contains the hostage while another sub contracted criminal negotiates the ransom. all the

Except, of course that the size can be blamed entirely on modern standards. As a Londoner, I remember my next-door neighbour buying a new car - a Mini Cooper, 2 tone grey with basket weave doors. At the same time my father traded in his Rover 3 Litre (2-tone green) for a BMW 2002. When I sat in the passenger seat i

Absolutely! The original Mini was of its time - although it use components from the Morrris 1000 the package was new - and it encapsulated what in the 60's new was hip, groovy and far out! Issigonis was mentioned in the same way as Quant. The new Mini is not a Mini - the new Mini is the Tesla 3 - which is the car that

I am British, got my driving licence in 1970. I’d love to own an MGBGT but I want to DRIVE a classic not visit my mechanic to view it by appointment so I bought a BMW 2002.
