I agree so much. Maybe a bit more work done on the second half of the game too, more stealth/dialog options and whatnot. That game was completely eye-opening for me, and remains one of the best RPG experiences I've ever had.

Reminds me of someone...
If you look at recent laptops, a lot of them have touchpads virtually identical to mac touchpads (no buttons, just a big slab of pad), except WORSE because there's almost no settings for the thing, and the OS is no help to guiding the process along.
This reminds me a little of LSD for the PS1...
Now that Synaptics has gone absolutely insane with their current touchpads it's easier to right click on an apple one :|
