How awful are these going to be? No one knows for sure… and I don't intend to find out.

I always scroll through these lists, hoping not to recognize any of them, and always getting my hopes dashed. One of these bands went to my high school. They're as terrible as their name.

I'd be supportive of this if Bendis was adept at characterization for anybody but Spiderman or showed any knowledge of these characters' development over the years… But this is Bendis we're talking about.

I made Fast & Furious bingo cards for 7, and one of the squares was "Fully-clothed female extra." The only ones that made the cut, to my recollection, were the prince's hijab-clad bodyguards.

Although I agree with much of this guy's opinions, I don't think the layout of 2004 Grudge is better than the 2003. The 2003 one deliberately evokes Shinto paper talismans that are supposed to exorcise and purify when placed on the forehead, which the Japanese audience would surely pick up on.

I think it works for some people, but it didn't work at all for me. There's also throat-numbing spray that you can buy (at the drug store for sore throats, or at sex stores for this) but I've yet to try that.

Every guest star on this show just reminds me of how much I dislike watching (most of) the core cast. Skye's Dad got me through last week, and Talbot was fun this episode. I just want EJ Olmos' SHIELD (Or HAMMER; it's probably more plausible than SWORD) to toss everyone in the brig.

For anyone on the fence on Night Vale, I only started to really love it with the Sandstorm episodes.

She has an upcoming Image series called Monstress for the summer, and I think a few more creator-owned series planned. I think her break from comics was actually self-imposed, but I do miss her in Marvel. She was the only recent writer who did Bobby any justice in my eyes.
