I wish it were currently a “driver” but the work required seems reasonable. Nice Price. Perfect weekend car for the evening dinner (flummoxing the valets) or taking the grandkids for ice cream and a walk on the beach. 

I’m not buying a car with a loan on it with a cracked windshield at any price. It seems like the seller can’t make payments and wants to sell the car to pay off the loan, and if they can’t do that they can’t do the maintenance and repairs needed for this car.  ND.

Spend over a quarter million for a box and not fly there to check it out in person? Are you kidding me? What would a round-trip ticket from Hawaii cost? $2000? Point being for less than 1% sunk cost added to the box, he could’ve been assured the deal was on the level or not. No sympathy here for Sue.

I thought I was stupid when I bought a car at auction in Japan - but even if the deal had gone south, I certainly wouldn’t have considered anything so drastic - assuming that $275K for this person is equal to me losing $5K.

I got SO excited - then realized: A) That’s desert and CA not FL so too far away. B) This cat lady is too old/wise now to fall for this kitty. C) This cat’s maintenance would be out of my budget even if it isn’t.

There is less than zero chance any right-wing SCOTUS judge will face any consequence from congress (the only people who legally can do anything) when those 6 people so blatantly do whatever the GOP wants, seeing as it requires a super majority from congress to have any consequences.
