whatever happened to that "does he have a dark side" subplot to JDM's character? I thought it'll be a biggish reveal somehow that he is an ahole? or has violent tendencies? or SOMETHING because why even show that kind of scene?

Peter Falk as Columbo? Sure Mark Ruffalo looked like him in Zodiac but could he duplicate Falk's cookiness?
Also, shut up about James Caan - he can star as James Patterson if there was ever a film made of his life.
Silly - Bryan Cranston as Walter White!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Or pretty much all of them in that damn series.
What about Peter Sellers as Inspector Clouseau? Charming and his brand of physical comedy is done with such finesse. Boo for Steve Martin to even have attempted to re-do it.
Does the Center know that Philip and Elizabeth are bffs with Stan?
Oh Nina, I have been trying to think of ways to make it believable that she will be back in America somehow but realistically speaking, there isn't anything that is plausible. She has already proven she's a traitor, how else can they trust her? I love how sort of resigned to her situation she has become and has…
Love this show so much!!! I do put my legs on top of my husband's legs and he does complain how heavy they are. It's so mundane yet it somehow gives you an idea of the kind of just love/hate relationship they have with each other.
He's guilty, plus he pretty much confessed to her what he did back in Philly. Mike and Jimmy - 2 very tragic heroes, both starting off wanting to do the right thing but somehow things never go their way. But in my book, morality wise, at least up to this point in their story, they are still better than Walt who by S2…
I saw a pop up video type show that featured this movie and they said that during one of the fight scenes, what we are actually seeing in the final cut was a slowed down version of the fight scene. They had to slow it down because Bruce Lee was moving way too fast and it was hard for the audience to see the beauty of…
Am i the only one that hates Mike's daughter in law? She can sense his guilt over his son's death and his love for his granddaughter and uses that to get a better home. She knows he was a dirty cop in Philly and is not really a very rich guy so for her to make these innocent complains, she is willingly leading Mike…
Plus I think if we are talking timeline, Jimmy isn't even Saul Goodman yet and hasn't established any kind of legal reputation. The BB gang didn't run into him until he was already pretty solid. In the back of my mind I keep hoping Tio Salamanca's stroke or whatever got him to the wheelchair will be as a result of…
I think the fact that she went all out and not let herself be overshadowed by the other 2 queens is a bigger plus than not being able to be on time. I expected Kim to be timid and just out of sorts because she doesn't act or sing but has made her mark in all the singing/acting challenges so you have to give her props…
It's probably one of the worst snatch game of the entire series, half the queens were just dead on arrival. At least Acid Betty looked like Madonna in the challenge so how is she at the bottom when clearly it was Naomi Smalls who didn't look BOTH like New York and Madonna and Robbie Turner? Sure Robbie looked cute…
Funny how Crazy Ex and Jane the Virgin had similar themes this week - it's not always about the men!!! And also how Paula and Paola are both nuts and obsessive? Back to the episode, loved the one song number for the night, Michael Hyatt always a formidable actress, loved her since The Wire. We need more Dr. Agopian…
I didn't find the episode offensive at all. Empire is one of the cheesiest, campiest shows out there and is probably the best tv show for a bunch of drag queens to parody. I see this as the black version of a latino telenovela, lots of beauty, lots of overacting and some of the worst lines ever written.
Faith Evans…
I did the Columbia house cd and dvd deals but never paid full price. I would always see it in the mail, I'd grab it write REJECT then send it back. It was weird (but good for us) that they never asked for a credit card
Or how they would say the station ID in the middle of the frigging song WHILE you were out grabbing a snack thinking everything is okay. then you play it back, patting yourself in the back for having done a great job then suddenly in the middle of the song **galactic sounds**KEARTH101**galactic sounds then song…
I still don't hate Acid Betty so much either. I don't see her always being an ahole, I understand the feeling of being frustrated when everyone on your team wants to do everything BUT the task in front of you. I'm sure by episode 6 or 7 we'll see his super sad back story and then we'll start rooting for her.
There have been a few winners that have been outstanding from the start - Raja, Sharon Needles and I think the challenge for polished contestants to never stop surprising the judges on the runway, in their performace. Good doing the same thing is good, good and unpredictable is better.
