Morris also writes articles for the New York Times. Stumbled upon them a number of years ago when I read his piece on tracking down the modern family of soldier killed in a Civil War battle - all of this done because that soldier had a family photograph on his person. Absolutely fascinating.
Not purposely, but wish I had. Tenacious D opening for Weezer. TD was fun, lively and hilarious. We left about 20 minutes into Weezer as they were the exact opposite.

It's apparent that the judges care for the kids - granted it may be for future monetary gain as I doubt ANY of the contestants won't be given opportunities at any of the judge's restaurants once they are old enough. Seriously though, the hugging, the emotions, the weepy eyes all looked pretty sincere when the judges…

The books started well, but by the third, seemed to lose a lot of steam and I found myself very bored with it. Hoping the TV show can remedy this.
The first half is pretty good…and funny. The last…not so much.
