If Grookey a lemur?

In Japan, school children do it themselves. Soft power win, I guess.

What was the line from the trailer? “I think Nick Fury took over our summer vacation."

Summer vacation is under the control/direction of Nick Fury, or maybe more in line with American movie marketing, “My Summer Working for Nick Fury.”

Precisely which chemicals is he referring to? Because I’m sure he can explain, and it’s not like all those “toxins” that a juice cleanse can rid your body of, or how a woman’s body can somehow “shut down” a pregnancy if she’s raped.

That would be interesting.

...Oh, I forgot the pressure to serve/defer to men in all aspects of life (women serve the men tea at work or at their kids’ club events), and to settle in career goals for things like "nurse" (I can count on one hand the number of girls who told me they want to be doctors), nursery school teacher, our office lady....

Living in Japan, the biggest thing my partner and I can see is the quality of life and options available to women. Sexualization in school uniform policies, rules that kick girls out of school for getting pregnant (but leave the boys), inadequate sex ed, being asked about marriage status in interviews and forced out

Just learned about Greta Van Fleet, like, last week, and have repeatedly heard “when the curtain falls” just about everywhere (and whatever song they have on Forza Horizon 4). Need to hear a bit more of their stuff to decide what it is and if I like it.

American university fashion is a thing. A few years ago I saw a model in a fashion magazine wearing a 90s sweater from my small state school.

The last game I bought was Forza Horizon 4, and I'm so happy with the service from the Windows store. It's like night and day.

I’m glad you've discovered Every Frame a Painting, but this video is far from new.

That’s not including all the scooters taking up the left half of the narrow lanes, or the mamachari riding wherever they want, even against traffic on the road, or the generally bad driving behaviors of licensed drivers in Japan...

Doesn’t Disney have plans for a streaming service? Might they just be continuing the story there?

JS is also in Osaka. Maybe elsewhere too.

JS Burgers are quite good! Every time I went to Mos Burger (3 times in three different cities), the soda was flat, the fries soggy, and the burgers drowned in mayonnaise.

One question: why do they say more than once that Davos has "two fists" and Danny only had one?

I really can’t see a damn thing, these screenshots are so dark. Are we sure they're not the same shot?

They do have boxes in Japan, but they’re all over $8 USD. You get one main menu item, a couple sides, and a drink. But like the article says, they're all small portions.

The Japanese-language pages all say Kadokawa owns Gamera.
