This happened to me last week. Said it was delivered, but no packages. Ours never showed up however, tried filing a re-delivery, but it’s hard to do that when it says it’s been delivered. Amazon gave us a refund for all the stuff after a few days.

I do a timeline, it helps me keep organized, especially when you start reheating/making side dishes. That’s also how I get everything on the table mostly hot, I can coordinate what I make in advance and needs some time in the oven.
