Being 6'4" & packing muscle on naturally wa a bit of a challenge but I eventually in my late 20's was able to deadlift 565 pounds, I also got myself up to 80 pound dumbell curls. I still curl 60 these days but can’t do the deadlift anymore due to a work accident & an MVA.
