Give X-plore a shot. Dual Pane if you’re in landscape, can switch between both panes in portait. Has built in viewers for common formats though you can opt to use your own viewers/players. Functions similar to most featured explorer replacements for desktop OS’es and has no cloud access, as far as I can tell. Not sure…
