I read your comment and agree wholeheartedly with it.

Even if they had put a black woman in charge, I don’t think you’d be able to find someone who believes they are serious about change and that it wasn’t just a PR move. So I’m with the other commenters asking why it needed to be pointed out (other than to drive those sweet, sweet rage clicks+comments).

Okay? Having diverse teams is important, but complaining every time someone who doesn’t fit that mold gets a job is petty and idiotic.

Oh look it's another article by white boy Ethan complaining about white people must be a Tuesday!

I read your comment pal, you're absolutely on the money. Kotaku's been in a nosedive since the UK site shut down

Annnnnnd I think I’m stopping reading Kotaku altogether now. It was bad enough that the superior Kotaku UK site shut down, now they’re actively demonising white men in their headlines.

It’s been really sad to watch Kotaku gradually become what its critics have long said it is. I have been reading Kotaku since around 2010-2011, I’m guessing, and it was once by far my favorite site for coverage of games and the culture around games. Over the last year or two, though, and especially over the last few

Is he qualified for the position? Is there evidence of Ubisoft purposely denying a better qualified person of a different race/gender the job? No? Then this is such a dumb headline and article

I’m a white French guy, and I don’t really see what’s wrong with white French guys.

The title makes me smh. Some articles should point out race, but this one is not needed. You could just say:

As a gay hispanic man, I don’t think this headline is fair at all.

Isn’t Ubisoft a French company? How is it relevant that he’s French?

oh no.. his skin color

*Reads title*

I mean, they can use this tech to render people of color as well... no need to bring race into it lol.

I’m not even a white guy and this articles needless focus on race irks the hell out of me! What the hell? They are just showing off tech. So sorry they didn’t make a 10 minute video showing every character POC, woman in the game to be more “inclusive?!” Why the click bait? Why? You are literally discounting the

> At the end of the night, she said, he tried to go back to her hotel room with her, where he tried to take things further until she finally refused.

At what point here was consent violated?

They’re lying. From only sending out PC codes, to ordering takedowns of console footage, to not showing base console footage themselves, it’s clear they knew it was a problem, and they hid it.

Any chance you can cover how broken Red Dead Online is right now?
