Venom was a fluke in a barren October. People knew Venom by osmosis at the point the movie came out. Morbius is a ‘huh?’ character. I can’t see Sony getting the returns they think they’re going to with anything in the near future.

Well for Sony, they do it because they don’t have to actually produce anything. It’s free money.

That exists in a bubble where they didn’t have to get any one specific Spidey correct because there were so many of them.

*shrug* I don’t think Raimi’s camp fit the material at all. Tobey Maguire really looked like a not-teenager. Kristen Dunst is about as charismatic as a rag.

I’m frankly irritated about this because I felt this was the first time anyone has ever gotten the property right. And I’m including the Raimi movies in that. Imagine the Spider-Man we have now, but thrown into the template that created something like Venom, or Men in Black International.

Well that’s a cold slap in the groin.

They’re just worried about their shitty little dogs.

And he finds Heimdall as a man who is obsessively and needlessly guarding a bridge in post-Katrina New Orleans (or a substitute for it)

Holy hell, yes, thank you.

It is. I get it on my burrito for a nice creamy spice. It meshes well with steak.

Yeah, the scene goes as thus:

The title of this article made me think this is going to be an article about how millennials all refer to themselves as pieces of shit and constantly make jokes about their own mental issues.

I read a ton of these books back in 5-6th grade. They were worth 4 AR points (anyone else do that in school?) a piece and I could knock one out a week.

The expression is “clutch your pearls” not wring.

That wasn’t a daydream. He was remembering what actually happened to recall why Kurt Russell’s character hates him so much and why it was pointless for Rick to ask about him working. That’s why they were there in the first place, they were working on Green Hornet.

“Yeah, Dr. Crane. It’s all too much. The walls are closing in. Blah blah blah.”

People that do this piss me off to no end.

I love when a show gets to the point where an entire season can be designed around merchandise.

Hah! That’s him?!
