Number 4 is incorrect. Atheists, in real-world practical terms, don’t say that God can’t exist, only that there is no reason to believe that He/She/It/They do/does. This is subtly different from agnosticism, which suggests that there is no evidence “either way”. Atheism is simply skepticism without a God-exception.
