I think you missed the point of the post, which was describing a way to do something nice for a diet restricted friend.

One of the "vegan" desserts has honey. Not vegan. Best thing to do is talk to your friend before planning the meal. I'm sure s/he is happy you're trying and wants to help any way possible.

To be a nurse, you register with a state board. To be an orderly, you give them a name and show up for work. If you don't see a difference, well, you just don't want to.

The show went wrong on the first episode when it made the two guys nurses instead of porters or orderlies or something. Nurses have to have years of school and credentials. Two transients on the fringes of society can't believably be nurses at a hospital.
