Yes, the (former) G class is called Skyline in Japan. But the GT-R is now a separate model (look at the listing on the link you posted, GT-R is the first one listed under sports and is not a G37) and even when it was the Skyline GT-R it was a much higher performance car than the base model the G37 would represent.
