It clearly isn’t, but this should be common knowledge to anyone whose job requires the use of email. If I can’t get back to someone within 24 hours with an answer, I at least respond back and say i’m looking into it and will get back to them. It makes you look irresponsible otherwise and creates an unnecessary rift…
