I drive a 2012 Golf TDI w/244k on the clock. It still has the original brakes & clutch, & all I do is keep it serviced every 8k-10k miles.

My dad had to go to court to fight a Codes Enforcement ticket for an unregistered vehicle that was backed into his CARPORT. The ticket got tossed because the agent 1) was only supposed to write up infractions that were visible from the street, 2) had a history of being a vindictive, over aggressive, trespassing,…
I never had a problem changing the spark plugs on a 3800 (Series 1 & a supercharged Series 2). That big bolt holding the double thick crank pulley on the supercharged version was a bitch tho. Especially in the dead of winter.
You’ll probably have to drop a subframe or some dumb shit to get to 1 bolt on the motor.
You wouldn’t happen to be in the Carolinas would you?
Manipulating the dream environment can be fun.
Now you wait just 1 damn, minute. If that Gatling Gun is good enough to kill tanks, it’s good enough for my sister...err ground targets.
The Scorpion looks like it was supposed to be an F-14, but the money for the swing wings wasn’t there.
Shoulda been a T-top...
TL;DR
When a town in my county 1st switched to Chargers, a cop wrecked it the same day they got it. His excuse, a deer ran out in front of him. A subsequent investigation revealed that speed (in excess of 100mph) was a factor.
“popsiclization”
They’ll have had 50yrs to meet the target...
The way the gears are cut is why cluthless shifting is easier in a tractor trailer than in a car. Cars use an angled cut to keep things quiet, while trucks use a straight cut because it’s built for work...fuck your comfort.
This almost sounds like double declutching. It may just be me, but I usually blip after I’m in the lower gear, just before releasing the clutch (there’s some overlap in the sequence). I don’t know it probably a difference in technique or som’n...
My dad taught me this in synchro-less 3 on the tree ‘63 Chevy pickup. I had to do it in my Golf TDI when my back got tighter than Tick’s Dick and & I couldn’t use my left leg.
That’s just downright greedy for a state w/legal marijuana. SC just passed a 10¢ gas tax increase, which is fine considering how shitty the roads are. However, I’d rather see them use money from medical marijuana to service the roads, but it’s going to be awhile before that happens because Bible Belt.
Old bootlegging money probably...
The Jeep driver probably got the hell on because he saw the Camry driver driving like a dick.
It’d be nice if folks held cops to the same standard.
