I totally to it for granted that this was implied, it is a plastic bottle after all. But alas, human stupidity has no bounds....

I think anyone who uses a bottle plastic rope for climbing was already lost to humanity a long time ago. These ropes will most likely be used for casual tasks, nothing life-threatening.
