How about just make a Fit Si? Honda has the parts bin for it. I'd really like a BRZ (or this theoretical next gen CR-Z) but I have a six year old so I need something close to a rear seat. A Fit Si could go right up against the Fiesta ST. We all win!

Yeah I've tried to like it but especially when compared to the tesla it isn't terribly appealing. Certainly not 'gorgeous' like every review seems to say. I might even say there is some Nissan Juke in there.

It was a 2008 AWD with the 5 speed. For some reason I thought the six speed was only available with FWD? The Mazda3 was a 2010 with the 2.5 170hp and six speed. Never driven an mp5 but it sounds like they made great strides in power and brakes....The only thing that was a letdown was the mpg.

Actually, it just sounds like we have different priorities. I thought the SX4 was not refined enough and had a pretty clunky transmission (then again, I would never put a lift kit on one either).

I bet the next generation will be....oh, wait.

Clearly a manual transmission was the last thing BMW designers were thinking about...You'll knock into your Coke in R,1,3,and 5!
