I recently sold my 2002 Tacoma (Sally Rand version bought new for $10k) with 236k miles for $7k.

There is a lot to know and the upside for being right is tiny but the downside can be a sale undone with a now used car in the inventory where a new car once was.

If they stop you from buying an F-150 Lightning, they are doing you a favor.

Maybe there will be some gnarly race crashes and maybe a fatality or two to cheer things up for the locals.

Well, what the heck, lather rinse repeat another fuse block and starter. Again? maybe we can talk the guy into a transmission...yeah, that’s the ticket.  Fuse blocks don’t…

So this is what - 1 car a month and maybe $12k a throw? If he was running some kind of elaborate con he wasn’t trying very hard. I’m inclined to believe he was just crappy at paperwork.  And good heavens, selling Supercar lemons?  Who ever heard of a discount Ferrari that was nothing but problems?

Yeah. That would work if folks behaved like North Koreans on parade. Perhaps if you could take the dead-weights who couldn’t get with the program out onto the tarmac and shoot them in full view of everyone this scheme would have potential.

Speaking of ‘stacked up like cordwood’ what ever happened to all those diesel VW’s that got bought back?  

By God, you’re right.  I would buy a new car at 250% off.

You - yourself - can make a Challenger Demon 170 for around $60k. Try as you might you can’t make a Ferrari or a Porsche for anywhere near what they cost to buy. Is a Ferrari Daytona SP3 ‘worth’ 23 times the MSRP of a Dodge Demon? Is being half dead worth twice as much as being fully dead?

“Make up to $250,000 a year” but probably be lucky to clear $100 a week, living in your cab while you try to pay it off and have barely break-even trips turning folks off of big rig trucking?  Who would have thought.
