Hands down the best episode of the year. Martin Freeman was one of the best hosts in recent memory.
Admittedly, Weekend Update was particularly awful, and Charli XCX was pretty goddamn bland, but a majority of the sketches were delightful.

Their albums are fantastic and their live shows are even better. They kinda just lazily play through perfect renditions of their songs, and look bored while they're doing it, but it works so well and makes them all the more endearing.

I discovered this album last year with all the hype surrounding "Teeth Dreams". A friend pushed it my way- I loved this, but I think it made me a little resistant to later Hold Steady. I fell in love with this style, so "Teeth Dreams" comes off a little too listener-friendly.
