Scott was fleeing an officer—in my experience the innocent don’t flee. Also, resisting arrest is a crime, failure to comply is a crime, and I’m not sure exactly what was happening at the start of the video but Scott was doing *something* with his hands.

I suspect she know’s they’re whining and not being complimentary, but simply finds it funny/pleasing that the American people are forcing the media, our largely mis-educated students, and the world at large to deal with something they don’t like or understand.
