This is going to be too far down to get attention but I have to speak my piece.
Honestly the dealer puts this in crack pipe territory. My gut says this was bought at an auction and every reputable dealer wouldn't touch this car. I would have to see it in person to know for sure, but this looks like the car sketchy dealers keep in the showroom so people see it, come in the showroom to look at it…
$20k can buy a lot of coke, my dude.
A tomato soup orange re-paint, aftermarket wheels, not much info in the ad, being sold by a questionable dealer and a high price. Hmmm, sounds like a CP to me.
My heart wants to CP this, because twenty five year old car with ugly paint job.
So the manufacturers can keep doing what they’re doing and make one vehicle that meets the higher standard.
You’d think that it would be in the best interest of everyone to have a single standard that is set across the board, and incentivize people from California/NY/WA etc to work with more of the country to drive forward MPG standards.
They’re limited to two standards already. Congress set this limit, under the Clean Air Act, to reflect the fact that California set emissions standards before the feds. Then they limited this to require any states wishing to adopt standards stronger than the federal standards to adopt California’s.

If you charge at home only at night, your utility company might offer a discounted rate per kWh. If you charge “on the…
The deer are safe. It’s the kangaroos you need to worry about.
4th: So we’re back to Featherbedding. My earliest encounter with the term was in the 60's when the railroads were still paying firemen from the steam engine era to ride on diesel locomotives.
I really don’t see how hydrogen will ever take over. Electrolysis is basically the only way to produce it that could be carbon free, and why would you decide to store that electricity in hydrogen if you can do it in a battery and skip all the conversion losses.
Hydrogen is the fuel of the future...and always will be.
The BMW version will be called the Stealth.
So where does the 3000GT come from in the name (1994 and this one)? Seems odd to use the name of a Mitsubishi car.
It shouldn’t be a shock that the big parts-chain clerk making minimum wage didn’t want to put the effort into figuring out your battery, or didn’t have the experience/knowledge to figure it out even if he wanted to.
But what’s the alternative? Me taking my business elsewhere. Either you might lose my business through me shopping around, or you will lose my business by not giving me what I ask for. Which one gets you a better chance of making money?
I don’t know whether to laugh or get mad at these responses. It’s almost like they don’t want to sell to informed consumers who do their prep, rather take advantage of the sucker who walks in the door with absolutely no clue.
