Battery swap station? What the heck was that guy thinking? Tesla gave up on that one a decade ago. But the “investigative journalist” wrote about it in ‘22? Kinda seems like the dude went looking for a negative article, and didn’t realize how easy it is to do that with ‘ole Elon just based on current events.

YOU were the problem, not him. Hopefully you will act less entitled in the future, and realize it is YOUR responsibility to get seats together.

It’s Frontier. Like Southwest, you pay for “a” seat, not an assigned seat.”

Ewww. Anyway if you don’t fit reasonably into one of the cheap seats there are usually wider seats in one or two other classes you should choose. Same thing goes if you are 6'8". Someone else is spending 75% of their income on a tiny apartment, someone else got cancer, someone paid double for a last minute plane

Why wouldn’t you pay for assigned seats if you have a kid? Seems kinda entitled to expect to have other people cater to you and move.

Misleading headline. They ARE paying the workers, but a payroll error caused payroll to be delayed, so they are issuing money orders to get them their payroll sooner.

Cool, cool. Now can you do me a favor and make my work install a charger (just for me) and maybe one less than 8 miles from my house.

The fatal crash was caused by one person - the guy trying to escape. He was caught being involved in a drug deal (a crime). He ran from the police (a crime). He drove down a sidewalk with a motorized vehicle potentially endangering others (a crime). Had he not been involved in a drug deal, none of the rest would have

“Duprey had more than a dozen arrests, most of them sealed, according to police sources. He was busted for drug possession in March and for assault in June 2022, both times in the same neighborhood as the Wednesday confrontation, they said. In the incident last year, he allegedly threw a two-liter bottle of soda

That’s not a “death penalty”. That’s a “killed himself by making stupid choices”.

Ok, so if a guy is speeding down a crowded sidewalk knocking down people as he goes, you’re the one who would politely step aside and say, “By your leave, good sir.”

It’s not like a gang of cops shot him down in a hail of bullets or choked the life out of him. This is NO DIFFERENT than when they use a PIT maneuver on

Sorry... but I’m gonna blame the “Victim” here.

Oh please. The thug on the bike is responsible for his own death. If I saw a thug on a bike speeding down a crowded sidewalk that I was on, I’d have hucked something at him too. I’d like to point out that he was going fast enough to get killed in the crash, he could have killed one or more people himself.

Not to justify tossing the cooler, but, there is no theory here - riding any motorized conveyance at a very high speed on a busy city sidewalk absolutely puts the pedestrians unfortunate enough to be in the area at serious risk of injury or death.
Duprey chose to run, always a high-risk decision when the police are

He was a drug dealer and a career criminal who was blasting down a crowded sidewalk in New York City on a motorcycle. I feel more badly for the cooler and its contents.

I was prepared to be angry but I’m not. Some asshole on a motorcycle blasting down a sidewalk toward pedestrians could have killed someone. I would have done the same thing, and felt morally justified doing so. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

So it is irrelevant to you that he was fleeing the police who seemingly had a legitimate reason for going after him. To escape the police, he took his motorcycle up on the sidewalk where he put the lives and safety of quite a few civilians at risk for injury or death? No sane person would argue the result is

The requirement for insurance is not to protect you from the property loss of your vehicle, it’s to protect everyone around you and riding in your car with you from the damage you could cause.

Wouldn't we have to repeal (or reinstate) debters prisons. You can't exactly sue someone for damages, if they have nothing
