The tuning mechanics are apparently the ones you'll find on the regular Forza. You have to upgrade a part to make it tunable. So, from start you're only able to play with your tire pressure.

There's a bump very much like this a couple hundred meters away from our house. It's pretty smooth to go over it under 30km/h. But I admit it looks like it's one of those speed bumps you can go over at least 40+.
