Her response (the original video on her account) was posted yesterday. Seems kinda legit, but the video was set to private right after it was posted.
And I'm finding very little about it.

I'm not sure. I'm trying to find the source (because this video isn't on her account, but a repost). And check whether it's real or not. I'll keep this post updated.
