Exactly. My Droid stays 4 hours every night hanging on the charger at 100%. I can't simply unplug it earlier or the charge won't last until I arrive home around midnight. And I don't want to leave it on airplane mode off the charger to save battery.

Exactly. My Droid has about 2% when I go to sleep, around midnight. 2 hours later it's full. I unplug it at 6:30. If I unplug it 2AM it will never last for the day. I don't have access to chargers. I can't always leave it charging on my computer at work. I have places to go all the time.
Or they could put some beautiful e-ink on the back and use it to somehow improve images, or even make a low power and very good/comfortable/easy to read monitor, and even make some screensavers like the kindle, static b/w image.
Reminds me of Mr. Bean:

It was actually Santa, in a hurry with some late gifts. Alzheimer hits you hard.
Yeah, safe, newer frame engineering...
At first I thought the same. Would even be funny if it used the light sensor to dim the screen. Or the orientation sensor to make artificial shadows and reflections and used real photos of buttons just to give a nice effect. But that would be too much. Fun though.
God, I hate this realcalc design. It's a really great app, best calculator app there is. But these 80's calculator looks could be really better.
Ferrari vs. Fire was the funniest one yet.
No problemo. At first I also thought of posting these Instructions, then I saw that link.
I'm going to be a big Automaker CEO some day. Make a piece of engineering, handling and looks. Sell it for a reasonable price personally, talk to every customer and checking if he is worthy. Thus, selling it LIKE an asshat¹, and not TO asshats.

I do not shop pictures before I launch them to the interweb. I am the -11%.
You know what the Government can track. You know what they see when you're in public. But when you're at home, you want to run around naked without having someone to know what you're doing (unless you leave the windows open and/or shout that you're doing it). That's different.
Great idea to make cable like this. But you'll have to fixate on the surface or something. Because otherwise your cell phone (for example) would sling against the wall. Not so fun.
This launching feels here, what it feels on any tech site the launch of any Apple product.
