it is different, but reminds me of how TV shows couldn’t be put on the internet at first because all the contracts were missing the language to allow it, which resulted in the legendary writer’s strike of whatever year that was.

The youtubers should pay for it when they buy the product, but it will be subsidized for them by everyone else who buys the game as well. If it is a licensing issue, then the contracts with the musicians should just be amended.
