Well, they decided to get married despite their sexless relationship, they are in it for the long haul.
I’ve known people who got married only because they didn’t have the nerve to break it off beforehand, turn around a couple of years in (usually when they meet a more suitable person) and dump their spouse.
For some reason, I imagine one of their gifts was a huge forced perspective painting mostly featuring Scheana, clear and in the foreground, and Shay, blurry and in the background.
So - update. My sister divorced her husband — I couldn’t even make this up — after he attacked her just days after I posted this here. They are settling out of court for the divorce, but she is pressing charges for the assault.
