You could cast one of your phones to your TV! That’s genuinely their pitch right now. So now it’s a minimum of three screens for one-player gaming!

I was born in 1977. (We had an Atari 2600, not an Intellivision, as the latter didn’t come out until 1981 in the UK). I’m pretty sure I don’t fit your “children” stereotype.

Rockstar continues to be a company with absolutely zero pride in any of the work it does. RDR2 is one of the top 10 selling games of all time and they couldn’t even be bothered to give it a current gen patch. Their leadership and that of 2K are soulless capitalist ghouls.

But anyway if they ever drop that patch I’ll

The US has little to do with this thing. Like 60% of the Amico’s supposed lineup was funded by the German government. They went fishing for all the free money they could to make this failure.

We can’t tell you unless you’re at least 18.

The Panic Playdate is a niche product that knew its a niche product and people developing and releasing games for it know it’s a niche product. And it’s succeeded fairly well at being what it knows it is, rather than trying to do something it’s not and never going to be.

I figured the logic here was that it would be available on smart TVs so you could install it there and then use your phone as a controller Jackbox-style.

I’m legit perplexed as to why they keep trying to make this happen. It’s never going to be a success. You could have funded rafts of gatcha games for what they have spent already and the amico name is so toxic at this point that working on it is if anything, a detriment to any resume.

“He’s talking about us, and we’re not making any money directly from it?  Shut.  It.  Down.”

Considering how that was phrased, it sounds less like this was Rockstar/2K generally asking him to do this, and more the Housers specifically personally asking him to shut it down.

Which, you know, [mimes jerk off motion]

SF6 does a better matchmaking than these fps games because even if you think it’s wrong on determining your skill level, you have to keep your skill ranking level, so even if you say you are put in a difficult block that is above your actual skill, it goes down to the spot where you are properly placed and it’s

No, I don’t.
What I understand is it will always be a contentious subject when it comes to competitive team-based multiplayer games where you are primarily playing with random people.

I’ll be that guy, I wouldn’t even take a free Dominos Pizza, that shit is terrible.

Worked in QA for 15+ years now, around 4.5 of that at Microsoft Games. So I can truthfully say that 99% of the time any bug you found in a game post release was something that QA did in fact find, but was “won’t fix” or otherwise deemed not worth the time to fix. Sometimes it’s punted for a patch, other times it’s a

As a self-proclaimed expert, i can add to your comment that an actual 4K uncompressed movie would take easily more than 100 GB for 2 hours. The problem is that the standard includes high quality audio.

The CoD thing makes sense as the HQ is the cross-game compatibility DB. After they abandoned Warzone 1 this was always going to be the solution.

Only one code is issued per year per employee, I believe. So if they were selling it, they are only allowed to once a year.

+1 to my prescient ability trait.

What a strangely petty thing to do. Wouldn’t have expected that as a fringe benefit, but it’s just odd to not eat that cost. Then again they’re adding a whole new army of folks with the Acti-Blizz acquisition. Anyway to save a buck I guess.

Maybe Good-Guy-Phil can get it fixed up to avoid more negative PR!
