A “friend” bought me Grey’s Anatomy: The Video Game as a gag gift a few years ago. I tried it, it’s terrible... I made the mistake of actually accepting the game... now it stares at me. Like a bad STD, I’ve never been able to get rid of it and it constantly reminds me of poor life decisions.

Or their talent. Rockstar did a damn good job. For all the complaining many did about the wait time for this port, it was damn worth it.
Not all settings have the “ultra” option. Most go to “very high.” Things like PostFX have an “ultra” setting. Regardless of your rig, all the settings are there... no worries :)
