It’s not really just about using your bullpen heavily. It’s more about using your best pitchers as much as possible because postseason baseball is very different than regular season baseball. Each game counts for much more, the hitters are usually above average (better players make better teams that make the playoffs)…

I feel the same about him. I’d really like to see him retire, though. Knees, shoulders, ribs, collar bones...whatever. But once you start injuring your spine, I think you really need to stop.
